Jacobs is seeking an experienced Part-time Capture Consultant to play a pivotal role in our business development efforts, particularly for Enterprise-wide IT Services programs within the federal sector. There is potential for follow-on full-time work upon successful contract award.

The consultant will focus on strategizing and executing plans to secure contracts, with a special emphasis on opportunities related to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), specifically the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)/G-6.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Required Qualifications:

  • Specific experience and familiarity with USACE, particularly the OCIO/G-6.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within federal agencies, especially within USACE.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, and proposal management.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Enterprise IT Services Delivery and Management Programs in a DoD environment.
  • Experience developing a strategic vision for a complex organization, balancing modernization needs with critical daily vision operations and maintenance requirements.
  • ITIL v3 Practitioner or ITIL v4 equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issues from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • An Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
