By joining Jacobs, you’d lead teams of professional Engineer-Divers conducting above and underwater inspections for a wide variety Ports and Maritime, Highway, Rail, Water/Wastewater Treatment clients. This role provides a unique and challenging perspective on projects, with the opportunity for you to fill a wide number of roles throught the life of each project. Once the inspection is complete, you’d have the opportunity to oversee development of project deliverables, contribute to the design of repairs or replacement structures, and provide quality assurance and resident engineering services during construction. Additionally, not only would we be looking to you for expertise with project deliverables, we would also challenge you to grow professionally by working collaboratively with our global Ports team in client presentations and proposal efforts.
Based out of New York City, one of the world’s most historic and dynamic waterfronts, Jacobs Engineer-Dive teams supports numerous clients throughout the Northeast United States. As a member of Jacobs’ Ports and Maritime Community of Practice (ENR ranked #1), you’d also have frequent opportunities to travel abroad in support of a multitude of international clients.

Typical salary range for this position is $110,000-180,000 – and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
